Registrar – Pay Level 14 | Age Limit: 57 Years
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks.
- 15 years’ experience in academic or administrative work.
- Desirable: Qualification in Management or Law.
Finance Officer – Pay Level 14 | Age Limit: 57 Years
- Master’s Degree with 55% marks.
- 15 years’ administrative/finance experience.
- Desirable: Chartered Accountant/ICWAI/Management qualification.
Deputy Registrar – Pay Level 12 | Age Limit: 50 Years
- Master’s Degree with 55% marks.
- At least 9 years’ experience in teaching/administration.
Medical Officer – Pay Level 11 | Age Limit: 50 Years
- MBBS with 60% marks and 3 years’ experience.
- Desirable: Postgraduate degree with specialization.
Assistant Registrar – Pay Level 10 | Age Limit: 45 Years
- Master’s Degree with 55% marks.
- 5 years of administrative experience.
Superintendent (Grade-I) – Pay Level 6 | Age Limit: 35 Years
- Master’s Degree with 3 years’ experience OR Bachelor’s with 5 years’ experience.
Technical Superintendent (Grade-I) – Pay Level 6 | Age Limit: 35 Years
- Master’s in Engineering/Science/IT with 3 years’ experience

Salary Scale
- Registrar / Finance Officer: Pay Level 14
- Deputy Registrar: Pay Level 12
- Medical Officer: Pay Level 11
- Assistant Registrar: Pay Level 10
- Superintendent / Technical Superintendent / System Superintendent: Pay Level 6
- Assistant / Technician: Pay Level 3
Additional benefits include DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, Medical Benefits, Pension (NPS), and Leave Travel Concession as per Central Government rules.
Other Conditions
- Registrar and Finance Officer posts are on deputation for 5 years.
- All other posts are through direct recruitment.
- Experience in Central Government institutions or universities is preferred.
- PSU/Corporate sector experience will not be considered equivalent.
- Age relaxation is available for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen as per Government norms.
- Selection will be through Written Test and/or Interview depending on the post.
