Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the DMFT Chatra Recruitment must fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

1. Educational Qualification

• Medical Officer: MBBS from a recognized institution and valid registration with MCI/State Medical Council.
• Gynecologist: MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• General Medicine: MBBS with MD/DNB in General Medicine.
• ENT Surgeon: MBBS with MS/DNB in ENT.
• Ophthalmologist: MBBS with MS/DNB in Ophthalmology.
• Dermatologist: MBBS with MD/DNB in Dermatology.
• General Surgeon: MBBS with MS/DNB in General Surgery.
• Anesthesiologist: MBBS with MD/DNB/Diploma in Anesthesia.
• Pediatrician: MBBS with MD/DNB/Diploma in Pediatrics.
• Orthopedic Specialist: MBBS with MS/DNB in Orthopedics.
• Radiologist: MBBS with MD/DNB/Diploma in Radiology.
• Sonologist: MBBS with Certification/PG Diploma in Ultrasonography (as per PCPNDT Act).

2. Other Eligibility Requirements

• Must have valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
• Candidates must be Indian citizens and preferably residents of Jharkhand.
• Reservation will apply only to candidates who possess valid caste or EWS certificates issued by the Government of Jharkhand.
• Knowledge of local language and willingness to serve in rural/remote health facilities is desirable.

Age Limit

• The official notification does not specify a maximum age limit; however, candidates should be medically fit and eligible as per MCI norms.
• Reservation-related age relaxations (if applicable) will follow the guidelines of the Government of Jharkhand.

Salary Scale

The DMFT Chatra recruitment offers highly attractive consolidated monthly remuneration to selected candidates.

• Medical Officer: ₹75,000/- per month
• Specialist Doctors (Gynecologist, General Medicine, ENT, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, General Surgeon, Anesthesiologist, Pediatrician, Orthopedic, Radiologist): ₹2,00,000/- per month
• Sonologist: ₹1,50,000/- per month

The salary is fixed, non-negotiable, and subject to applicable TDS deductions as per government rules. No additional allowances will be provided.

Application Process

Candidates are required to apply offline for this recruitment. The process is as follows:

1. Application Form:
   • Obtain the prescribed application form from the DMFT Office, Chatra, or download it from the official district portal.
2. Submission of Application:
   • Fill in all required details carefully.

Selection Process

• Mode of Selection: Personal Interview
• Interview Notification: The date and venue of the interview will be notified on the official district portal.

Contract and Service Conditions

• The appointment will be purely contractual for one year.

• Either party may terminate the contract with one month’s prior notice.

• Posting will be at any health facility across Chatra district as per requirement.
