Educational Qualification & Experience
Each post requires specific qualifications and work experience:
1. QA/QC Expert
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Preference for candidates with a Postgraduate Degree in Civil Engineering (specialization in Environmental/Public Health Engineering or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum 12 years total, with at least 7 years in quality control of water/sewerage sector. Must have worked on at least two similar projects.
2. Mechanical Engineer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years, with at least 5 years in the infrastructure sector.
3. Electrical Engineer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years, with at least 5 years in the infrastructure sector.
4. Contract Management Expert
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Preference for M.E. Civil or M.Tech in Construction Project & Management.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years, including at least 3 years in contract administration for government water supply/STP/UGD projects. Knowledge of EPC/PPP contracts and government procurement guidelines is mandatory.
5. Assistant Civil Engineer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years, with at least 5 years in program/project management or TPI of WSS/STP/UGD.
Age Relaxation
As per Government of India rules:
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years
- OBC-NCL candidates: 3 years
- PwBD candidates: 10 years (in addition to category relaxation, if applicable).
Candidates with benchmark disabilities (minimum 40%) will be eligible if the post is identified as suitable for PwBD.
Salary and Benefits
For QA/QC Expert & Contract Management Expert
- Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000
- Approximate CTC: ₹8.7 LPA
For Assistant Civil Engineer
- Monthly Basic Pay: ₹27,869
- Gross Monthly Pay: ₹50,721
- Annual CTC: ₹6.08 LPA

Nature of Engagement
