Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the training programmes at IGH, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

• Maximum Age: 35 years

Candidates above 35 years of age are not eligible to apply.

• This is a training programme only for skill development.
• Candidates cannot claim future employment in SAIL based on this training.

Selection Process

The selection process for SAIL IGH Trainee Recruitment 2025 includes:

1. Online Application Screening
   • Applications submitted online will be verified against eligibility criteria.
2. Interview
   • Eligible candidates will be called for an in-person interview.
   • Date, time, and venue of the interview will be communicated to candidates via:
