Sangli Miraj & Kupwad Municipal Corporation Recruitment 2025: 80+ Contractual Vacancies Under National Urban Health Mission (NUHM)

The Sangli Miraj & Kupwad Municipal Corporation (SMKMC) has announced a major recruitment drive under the National Urban Health Mission (NUHM). The recruitment is purely on a contractual basis for 11 months and 29 days. Applications are invited from eligible and interested candidates to fill multiple posts such as Medical Officers, Specialists, Staff Nurses, Pharmacists, Lab Technicians, ANMs, Managers, and Support Staff. Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Varies post to post (from 12th pass with diploma to MBBS, MD/MS, and specialized degrees).
• Age Limit:
  • For general posts: Maximum 38 years
  • For reserved categories: Maximum 43 years
  • For Medical Officers and Specialists: Up to 70 years (Candidates above 60 must submit a medical fitness certificate from a Civil Surgeon)
• Experience: Relevant experience required for specialist posts; freshers may apply for nursing and support staff posts.

Salary Scale (Monthly Honorarium)

1. Specialists (Anesthetist, Pediatrician, Surgeon, Radiologist, Pathologist): ₹75,000/- per month
2. Physician (Weekly visit basis): ₹2,000 per visit + ₹100 per patient (Maximum ₹5,000 per visit)
3. Dentist: ₹30,000/- per month
4. Full-Time Medical Officer (MBBS): ₹60,000/- per month
5. Medical Officer (UHWC MBBS): ₹60,000/- per month
6. Medical Officer (UHWC BAMS): ₹25,000/- + Performance Based Incentive up to ₹15,000 (Total ₹40,000/-)
7. Part-Time Medical Officer: ₹30,000/- per month
8. Public Health Manager: ₹35,000/- per month
9. City Quality Assurance Coordinator: ₹35,000/- per month
10. Program Assistant: ₹18,000/- per month
11. Staff Nurse: ₹20,000/- per month
12. ANM: ₹18,000/- per month
13. Male Multi-Purpose Worker: ₹18,000/- per month
14. Pharmacist: ₹17,000/- per month
15. Lab Technician: ₹17,000/- per month
16. X-Ray Technician: ₹17,000/- per month

Application Fees

• Open Category Candidates: ₹150/- (Non-refundable)
• Reserved Category Candidates: ₹100/- (Non-refundable)
• Payment Mode: Demand Draft (DD) in favor of Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society Sangli, Sangli Miraj and Kupwad City Corporation

Selection Process

1. Screening of applications and verification of documents.
2. Merit list preparation based on qualifications and experience.
3. Skill Test/Practical Test where applicable.
4. Interview for selected posts.
5. Final merit list publication on the official health department portals.

How to Apply

1. Eligible candidates must submit their application in the prescribed format along with self-attested copies of all required documents (educational certificates, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate, registration certificate, etc.).
2. Applications must be submitted in person during office hours between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (except holidays) from 12 September 2025 to 03 October 2025.
