Educational Qualification
For Assistant Manager (E2)
- Management: 2-year full-time MBA/MMS/PGDM/Equivalent in Business Management, Shipping, Logistics, Maritime, Supply Chain, International Trade, Finance, etc. (60% marks)
- Finance: Qualified CA/CMA with membership from ICAI/ICMAI
- HR/Personnel: Full-time 2-year MBA/MMS/PGDM in HR, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, or related fields. (60% marks)
- Law: Full-time Law degree (3 years after graduation or 5 years after 12th) with 60% marks
- Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/IT): 4-year full-time Bachelor’s Degree with 60% marks
- Fire & Security: Four-year full-time Bachelor’s program in Fire and Safety Engineering.
- Naval Architect: 4-year full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture
- Company Secretary: Qualified CS with membership from ICSI
For Executive (E0)
- Finance: 3-year full-time BBA/BMS/Bachelor’s degree with Finance/Accounts specialization (60% marks)
- HR/Personnel: Three-year full-time BBA/BMS program focused on HR or Industrial Relations, with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Mass Communication: 3-year full-time Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication (60% marks)
- Hindi: Master’s degree in Hindi/English/any subject with Hindi-English combination as per detailed norms.
Salary and Benefit
- Assistant Manager (E2): Basic Pay of ₹50,000 with a pay scale of ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000.
- Executive (E0): Basic Pay of ₹30,000 with a pay scale of ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000.

The SCI Recruitment 2025 selection process will be conducted in three stages:
Stage I – Online Exam

Stage II – Group Discussion (GD)

- Final selection will be based on 70% weightage for the Online Exam, 10% for the Group Discussion, and 20% for the Personal Interview.
