Shramiks are skilled laborers and technicians who assist in the maintenance and repair of vehicles and infrastructure at TSRTC depots. This category includes trades such as Mechanic, Sheet Metal Worker, Fitter, Auto Electrician, Painter, Welder, Cutting & Sewing Technician, and Millwright Mechanic.

Educational Qualification
Drivers (Post Code 45):
- Must possess a valid driving license for commercial vehicles.
- Knowledge of road safety rules and regulations.
Shramiks (Post Code 46):
- ITI certificate or equivalent trade qualification in respective fields.
- Additional experience in the specific trade is desirable.
Age Limit
- Drivers: 22 to 35 years as on 1st July 2025
- Relaxation in Age:
- SC/ST/BC/EWS: +5 years
- Ex-Servicemen: +3 years (in addition to service duration in armed forces)
- Telangana government may allow additional age relaxation as per GO Ms No. 30 (General Administration, Services-A Department, dated 08-02-2024) for different categories.
