Application Fee
There is no application fee for applying to the post of Anganwadi Sahayika.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- Minimum required qualification: 12th Pass (Intermediate)
- Applicants with higher qualifications (Graduation or Postgraduation) are also eligible.
- The merit list will be based on marks obtained in the qualifying educational examination.
2. Age Limit (as on 1 July 2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 35 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per Uttar Pradesh Government rules for SC, ST, and OBC categories.
3. Nationality and Domicile
- Applicant must be a female Indian citizen.
- She must be a permanent resident of the specific Gram Sabha or Ward for which she is applying.
- Applications from candidates outside the targeted Gram Sabha/Ward will not be accepted.
4. Priority Criteria for Selection
Selection will follow this strict priority order within the same Gram Sabha/Ward:
- Widows from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families
- Divorced/abandoned women from BPL families
- Women from BPL families
- Widows from Above Poverty Line (APL) families
- Divorced/abandoned women from APL families
- Women from APL families
If no eligible candidate is available in the same Gram Sabha/Ward, then women from the same Nyay Panchayat may be considered.
Salary Details – Anganwadi Helper (Sahayika)
Candidates selected for the post of Anganwadi Helper (Sahayika) will receive a monthly honorarium as per the norms of the Uttar Pradesh Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS). The salary structure is as follows:
