Eligibility Criteria
The recruitment emphasizes educational qualifications, experience, and residency. Below are the broad requirements:
- Dental Hygienist: Diploma from DCI-recognized institute, West Bengal Dental Council registration, 2+ years of experience, resident of West Bengal.
- Multi-Rehabilitation Worker: Bachelors in Physiotherapy, 2 years experience, resident of West Bengal.
- Laboratory Technicians: DMLT or BMLT recognized, computer literacy, local language proficiency.
- Staff Nurses / CHA / Immunization Volunteers: GNM/ANM certificates, West Bengal Nursing Council registration, female candidates for certain posts, local language proficiency.
- Nutritionist: B.Sc/M.Sc in Food & Nutrition, computer literacy, residency in West Bengal.

Selection Process
The recruitment follows a merit-based selection system with detailed scoring for each post:
- Academic Performance: Proportionate marks for Class X, Class XII, Diploma, Graduation, and Post-Graduation.
- Experience: Additional points awarded based on relevant work experience.
- Written Test / Computer Skill Test: For eligible posts such as staff nurses, lab technicians, nutritionists, and block accounts managers.
- Interview / Viva-Voce: Final assessment for all candidates, weightage varies per post.
- Total Marks: Most posts are evaluated out of 100 marks; some specialized medical posts may be 50 marks.
Example: Dental Hygienist candidates are scored with 10 marks for Class X, 10 for Class XII, 40 for Diploma, 25 for experience, and 15 for interview.
