Contract Tenure & Compensation
- Contract Duration: 3 years (subject to annual performance evaluation)
- Monthly Remuneration: As specified above
- Additional Allowances:
- House Rent Allowance (HRA): Overman – Rs. 5,890/-; Mining Sirdar – Rs. 3,750/-
- Mines Allowance: Overman – Rs. 3,800/-; Mining Sirdar – Rs. 3,500/-
- Recompense Allowance: Applicable based on attendance and role
- Annual Performance-Based Enhancement: 3% increment on consolidated remuneration
The contract is terminable with one month’s notice from either party.
Age Limit & Relaxation
The age criteria for applicants are designed to ensure candidates possess adequate maturity and professional experience:
