- Helpline Administrator – Master’s degree in Law/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Social Science/ Psychology with 5 years’ experience in child-related work. Must be a resident of Haryana.
- Call Operators – 10th pass, good communication in Hindi & English, experience in PBX/ telecom preferred.
- IT Supervisor – Graduate/ Diploma in Computers/ IT with 3 years’ experience in data management and IT systems.
- Multi-purpose Staff – 10th pass, basic literacy, Haryana resident.
- Security Guard/ Night Guard – 10th pass with 2 years’ experience in security duties. Preference for ex-servicemen.
2. Child Helpline Units at District Level
- Project Coordinator – Post Graduate in Social Work/ Sociology/ Child Development/ Psychology/ Law/ Public Health OR Graduate with 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Counselor – Graduate in Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology OR PG Diploma in Counselling & Communication. At least 1 year of experience.
- Child Helpline Supervisors – Graduate in Social Work/ IT/ Sociology/ Social Sciences with 1 year of experience.
- Case Workers – 10+2 pass with 1 year of relevant experience and good communication skills.
3. Child Help Desk at Railway Stations (Ambala & Hisar)
- Supervisors – Graduate in Social Work/ IT/ Sociology/ Social Sciences with 1 year of relevant experience.
- Case Workers – 10+2 pass with 1 year of experience in women & child development work.
4. Women Helpline (181) – Panchkula HQ

- Para Legal Personnel/ Lawyer – Degree in Law with 3 years’ experience in government/ NGO projects OR practicing lawyer with 2 years’ litigation experience.

- Programme Officer (HSCPS) – PG in Social Work/ Sociology/ Child Development/ Law/ Psychology/ Public Health OR Graduate with 2 years’ experience.
- Account Officer – M.Com with 3 years’ accounting experience.
- Programme Assistant (SARA) – Graduate with diploma in computers and 1 year experience in ICPS/ helplines.
- Accounts Assistant – B.Com with 1 year experience in accounts.
- Assistant cum Data Entry Operator – 10+2 with diploma in computers and 1 year relevant experience.
7. District Level Posts (District Child Protection Units)
- District Child Protection Officers – PG in Social Work/ Sociology/ Child Development/ Law/ Psychology with 3 years’ experience in project supervision.
- Protection Officers (Institutional & Non-Institutional Care) – PG in Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology OR Graduate with 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Legal cum Probation Officer – LLB with 2 years’ experience in legal/ child rights work.
- Counselors – Graduate in Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology OR PG Diploma in Counselling with 1 year experience.
- Social Workers – Graduate in Social Sciences, preference for those with ICPS experience.

Salary Scale
The salary for different posts ranges from ₹10,592/- to ₹44,023/- per month depending on qualification and experience.
- Highest Salary: District Child Protection Officers – ₹44,023/- per month.
- Mid-level Salary: Centre Administrators – ₹30,000/- to ₹34,755/- per month.
- Entry-level Salary: Outreach Workers – ₹10,592/- per month.
This salary is fixed as per government-approved contractual pay for centrally sponsored schemes.
Age Limit
