Vacancy Details
The bank has announced a total of 133 vacancies for this recruitment drive. The posts are distributed as follows:
- Junior Clerk – 119 Posts
- Assistant Employee (Peon) – 14 Posts

Application Fees
- For both Junior Clerk and Peon posts: ₹1062/- (₹900 Examination Fee + ₹162 GST)
- The fee must be paid online through the provided payment gateway.

Eligibility Criteria
For Junior Clerk:
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 45% marks.
- Preference will be given to candidates possessing additional banking qualifications such as GDC&A, CAIIB, or a Diploma in Banking.
- Knowledge of computers is essential.
- Age Limit:
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 35 years (as on 30th September 2025)
For Assistant Employee (Peon):
- Educational Qualification:
- Candidate must have passed 10th Standard (SSC) from a recognized board.
- Age Limit:
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 35 years (as on 30th September 2025)
- Common Requirement:
- Candidates must have knowledge of the Marathi language.
- Only candidates domiciled in Maharashtra State are eligible, and preference will be given to residents of Yavatmal district.
Salary Scale
Selected candidates will receive a decent salary package along with allowances such as DA and HRA. The pay structure is as follows:
- Junior Clerk: ₹15,200 + DA + HRA (approximate monthly salary)
- Assistant Employee (Peon): ₹12,200 + DA + HRA (approximate monthly salary)
During the probationary period of one year, candidates will receive a consolidated stipend:
- Junior Clerk: ₹11,000 per month
- Peon: ₹7,000 per month
After successful completion of probation, candidates will be absorbed into regular pay scale with all applicable benefits.
Selection Process
The recruitment process will consist of three main stages:
- Online Examination
- Junior Clerk Exam: 90 Marks
- Subjects: Banking Knowledge, Marathi Grammar, English Language, General Knowledge, Mathematics, and Reasoning Ability
- Questions will be objective and multiple-choice in nature.
- The exam medium will be Marathi.
- Assistant Employee (Peon) Exam: 90 Marks
- Subjects: General Knowledge and Reasoning Ability
- Junior Clerk Exam: 90 Marks
- Document Verification
- Candidates shortlisted on the basis of online examination marks will be called for verification of original educational, caste, and other required certificates.
- Interview
- Final shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
- Weightage:
- Educational Qualification: 5 Marks
- Interview Performance: 5 Marks
- Total marks will be combined with online exam scores to prepare the final merit list.
Final Merit List
The final selection list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the Online Examination (90 Marks) and Interview (10 Marks), totaling 100 marks. In case of equal marks, the older candidate will be given preference.
Examination Fee Payment Method
- Candidates must pay the application fee only through the bank’s online payment gateway.
- Payment can be made using debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
- After successful payment, candidates must download and keep a copy of the application form and fee receipt for reference.
Probation Period
- All selected candidates will be appointed on a probation period of one year.
- During this period, performance will be closely monitored.
- If a candidate fails to perform satisfactorily, the bank holds the right to terminate the service.
