This recruitment is open to residents of Madhya Pradesh (MP) and Uttar Pradesh (UP) who hold relevant qualifications in medical and allied health disciplines. The latest recruitment notification — NCL/HRD/Paramedical Apprentice/Notification/2025-26, dated 04 October 2025 — aims to engage 100 apprentices in various graduate and diploma-level paramedical disciplines.

The selected trainees will undergo one year of training at NCL healthcare facilities and associated institutions, gaining hands-on experience in medical and allied services.

The stipend includes ₹4,500 per month, disbursed by the Government of India under the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme, and will be administered based on trainee attendance.

Reservation of Seats

The allocation of seats for different categories follows The Apprentices Act, 1961, and guidelines issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for NCL Paramedical Apprentice posts, candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. Nationality

  • Only Indian citizens are eligible.

2. Domicile

  • Applicants must be residents of Madhya Pradesh or Uttar Pradesh.
  • A valid domicile/residence certificate must be provided during document verification.

3. Age Limit (as on 01.10.2025)

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 26 years

Relaxations:

  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • PwBD: Up to 10 years (15 years for SC/ST PwBD, 13 years for OBC PwBD)

4. Educational Criteria

  • Full-time, regular course only (no correspondence/distance mode).
  • Percentage calculation based on university rules. Rounding off not allowed (e.g., 49.99% = less than 50%).

5. Prior Experience

  • Candidates should not have undergone apprenticeship training earlier or have 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.

Selection Process

The selection of apprentices will be purely based on merit, determined by marks obtained in the qualifying degree/diploma.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. The apprenticeship training is governed by The Apprentices Act, 1961 and its amendments.
  2. The trainees will not be considered employees of NCL and will have no right to claim employment in NCL after completion of training.
  3. No TA/DA will be provided for attending verification or joining formalities.
  4. All candidates must be medically fit as per NCL’s standards.
  5. Stipend will be transferred directly to the Aadhaar-linked bank account of the apprentice.
  6. Candidates must maintain good conduct during the entire training period.
  7. Any form of canvassing or false information will lead to rejection of candidature.
