Salary Scale

The selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of:
Rs. 26,500 – 60,700/- per month (as per revised Kerala Government pay rules).

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  1. SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) or equivalent examination.
  2. A recognized course in Word Processing and Computer Operation from a Government-approved institution.

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 36 years
  • Candidates must be born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007 (both dates inclusive).
  • Age relaxations will be provided for SC, ST, OBC, and other eligible categories as per government norms.

Application Fee

  • General/EWS/OBC Candidates: Rs. 500/-
  • SC Candidates: Rs. 250/-
  • ST Candidates: Rs. 250/-

The fee should be paid online at the time of submission. No other payment methods such as Demand Draft or Money Order will be accepted. Fees once paid are non-refundable.

Reservation

  • 10% of the total vacancies are reserved for candidates belonging to the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) of Hindu communities, subject to production of valid certificates issued by Village Officers.
  • Candidates from SC/ST/OBC categories are also eligible for reservations and relaxations as per government rules.

Selection Process

  • Selection will be based on direct recruitment through a merit list.
  • The rank list will be valid for a minimum of one year and can be extended up to three years depending on the availability of vacancies.
  • If vacancies remain after the expiry of the list, a new recruitment notification will be issued.
