Outstanding Sportsperson Definition
As per the Personnel (A-2) Department notification, an Outstanding Sportsperson is defined as:
- A native of Rajasthan who has:
- Represented India in any recognized international sports tournaments/championships such as Olympic Games, Asian Games, South Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, or World Championships.
- Won a medal at International School Games/Asian School Games.
- Won a medal in School National Games organized by the School Games Federation of India.
- Won a medal in any National Championship or Tournament organized by the Association of Indian Universities or recognized National Sports Federations.

Fixed Remuneration During Probation: ₹14,600 per month
Post-Probation Salary: Approximately ₹23,000 to ₹26,000 per month, including allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and medical benefits
Physical Standards
Candidates must meet the following physical standards as per Rule-14 of the Rajasthan Police Subordinate Service Rules, 1989:
- Height:
- Male: 160 cm (General)
- Female: 152 cm
- Chest (Male only):
- Without Expansion: 81 cm
- With Expansion: 86 cm (Minimum 5 cm expansion)
- Weight (Female only): Minimum 47.5 kg
Relaxation:
- SC/ST candidates may be given 5 cm relaxation in height/chest if suitable candidates are not available.
- Hilly and tribal area candidates will follow Rule-14(2) of the 1990 Rules.
Medical Standards
- Near Vision: 6/6 (better eye) & 6/9 (worse eye) with or without glasses.
- Candidate must be free from:
